AMAZON Industry Seminar
Gilad Solnik from Amazon gave an industry seminar at the LCL on 13 November 2017.
He discussed security risks that supply chains face and gave many examples of risks that materialized in the past. These included robbing trucks while driving, 3D-printing seals for containers and common theft in parking lots.
The risk of these security breaches increases with the global risks of large scale involuntary migration, climate change and income disparity. Gilad discussed how to protect supply chains, anticipate and avoid security issues.
